The Xcel Program is a USAG competitive program offering individual flexibility to coaches and gymnasts. The goal of the program is to provide gymnasts of varying abilities and commitment levels the opportunity for a rewarding gymnastics experience. Teams work-out during the school year anywhere from 3-9.5 hours depending on their level and commitment to the sport. Additional hours over the summer are also available. To join our competitive team program you must be evaluated.
