Grown Up & Me

Ages: 1-3 years


This 45 minute parent involved class is great for those little ones learning to move around and climb! Class is designed to enhance your child's listening, and social skills through FUN gymnastics-orientated activities. Class will begin with a group warm up followed by obstacle courses incorporating the different gymnastics events. For the remainder of the class children will have the opportunity to explore the gym freely with their grown up and gymnastics friends. Class will end by gathering together for a goodbye song.

Preschool

Ages: 3-5 years


This obstacle course structured class will teach children how to manipulate their body from one exercise to the next. Gymnastics skills are introduced in new fun ways each week!



*Children will participate in this class without an adult.

Beginner 1 Gymnastics

60 Minutes


Designed for girls and boys ages 6 and up. Children will learn basic gymnastics while rotating through Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor and Tumble Track. Instructors will focus on different skills each week. Strength and flexibility are also incorporated into our fun class structure!

Beginner 2 Gymnastics

60 Minutes



Designed for girls and boys ages 6 and up. Children will continue to progress on basic gymnastics while rotating through Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor and Tumble Track. Instructors will focus on different skills each week. Strength and flexibility are also incorporated into our fun class structure!

Intermediate Gymnastics

75 Minutes


This class is for gymnasts with beginner gymnastics experience. Class is structured to spend more time on each event to give gymnasts the opportunity to progress their skills.

Advanced Gymnastics

90 Minutes


This class is for gymnasts who are looking to challenge their gymnastics skills. Class is structured to spend more time on each event to give gymnasts the opportunity to progress their skills.

  • Session runs Sept 7, 2026 - June 12, 2027 - Refer to our Closings Page for specific dates BGC will be closed.


  • All Recreational Classes meet once per week.


  • Children can expand their gymnastics opportunities by enrolling in multiple classes per week! A discount will be applied to the additional class(es).


  • Registration is ongoing, gymnasts may enroll at any point.


  • Tuition is billed every 4 weeks. Please refer to our tuition page for specific tuition due dates.


  • An annual fee will be processed at registration.
  • Fee includes a leotard or t-shirt


  • Registered children will have an opportunity to participate in our End of the Year Showcase June 11-12, 2027.
